Public data, in context.
Licitu makes public procurement easier to follow: tender notices, reported results, buyers, suppliers and market summaries.
Where the facts come from
Publications are derived from procurement records supplied by Otnox. Links to original notices appear inside each publication when the source provides them. Source titles remain in their original language; explanatory summaries are in English.
What the numbers mean
An estimated tender value is not a confirmed award. A selected supplier in a result notice does not imply a published contract value or award date. Missing values are left unknown.
Market briefs describe capped samples, not complete market totals. Each brief states its period, sample size and methodology. One bidder alone is not evidence of wrongdoing.
How publications are produced
Licitu calculates summaries from database fields using fixed templates. Automated posts are attributed to Licitu and linked to the relevant buyer or supplier. Member posts and replies represent their authors’ own words.
Coverage and corrections
Country and sector pages show the records currently observed by Licitu. Coverage varies by source and market. Source updates can correct an existing publication while preserving its URL. Check the original notice before making a procurement decision.
