Terms for using Licitu, the public procurement community operated by SIA Vietne.
The service and your agreement
Licitu (licitu.com) is operated by SIA Vietne, registration 40103048838, registered at Ozolciema iela 46 k-5 – 35, Rīga, LV-1058, Latvia. These terms govern your use of Licitu. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorised to access. A company name or public procurement profile does not by itself prove that a member represents that organisation. Report suspected account misuse to support@otnox.com with “Licitu” in the subject.
Procurement information
Licitu publishes procurement updates and summaries derived from source records supplied by Otnox. Coverage varies by country, category and source. Estimates, reported suppliers and confirmed awards are different facts. Samples are not complete market totals, and a single bidder does not establish wrongdoing. Always verify dates, eligibility, documents and results against the original procurement notice. Licitu is not the contracting authority and does not submit bids on your behalf.
Public posts and profiles
Your profile name, biography, company description, posts and replies are public and may be indexed, quoted or shared by search engines and other services. Do not publish confidential information, credentials, special-category personal data or information you do not have the right to disclose. You retain rights in your own content and grant SIA Vietne a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and distribute it as needed to provide Licitu and its sharing features. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful or infringing material, harass people, send spam, manipulate engagement or interfere with security. Public search and AI-search discovery are permitted subject to robots.txt and reasonable rate limits. Do not bypass access controls, extract private account information or impose excessive load.
Reports and moderation
To report unlawful material, a rights issue or a factual error, send the publication URL, your explanation and contact details to support@otnox.com, identifying Licitu. We may investigate, restrict or remove content or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. You may contact the same address to contest a decision.
Pricing and availability
The current public service has no paid subscription or automatic billing. Any future paid service will state its price and applicable terms before you purchase it. Availability and source coverage may change; maintenance, provider failures and source outages can interrupt the service.
Rights and responsibility
Licitu’s software, brand and presentation belong to SIA Vietne or its licensors. Rights in source notices and member content remain with their respective holders. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, SIA Vietne is not responsible for procurement decisions, lost opportunities or inaccuracies in third-party notices. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Licitu at any time and request account closure at privacy@otnox.com. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or your registered email before they take effect, unless an immediate legal or security change is necessary.
Governing law and contact
