That same question of where public demand is actually moving shows up elsewhere today. In Romania, the town of Călimănești has launched a RON53m public tender for design services and works to extend and modernise a geothermal district heating system. That is a live procurement step, and for engineering and energy infrastructure suppliers, it is the kind of signal that justifies immediate attention.
