Papua LNG changes operator in Papua New Guinea

In Oceania, Papua New Guinea offers a different kind of procurement clue. The petroleum minister welcomed the formal transfer of operatorship of the Papua LNG Project from TotalEnergies EP PNG Limited to ExxonMobil PNG Antelope Limited, effective 15 October. That is not a tender notice either, but operator changes matter. They can alter supplier engagement routes, project interfaces and the practical map of who makes decisions.
