Latvia backs anti-tank mine plant with German partner
Latvia's cabinet backed creation of a new anti-tank mine factory to be developed by the state defence corporation with Dynamit Nobel Defence. The defence ministry said the plant is planned to start operating in 2028, signalling future industrial demand.
