Romanian broadcaster launches 100 vehicle procurement

Romania gives us a smaller but very concrete route to market. Public broadcaster TVR launched a SICAP procedure worth RON12.3m for 100 new vehicles through operational leasing, with the current supply contract expiring on 4 January 2027. That kind of replacement procurement is easy to overlook beside megaprojects, but it is often cleaner to read. There is a buyer, a reason, a platform and a timetable pressure.
