Costa Rica says ICE finished tender for its 5G network
Costa Rica sits somewhere in between. A report on ICE's 5G service says the utility has concluded the tender for its own network. For telecom suppliers, that changes the posture. This is no longer about preparing for that competition to open. It is about tracking the award outcome, network rollout and any follow-on work around deployment and service delivery.
