Mexico City announces schools universities and Cablebús

Mexico City is earlier in the cycle. The city has announced five new upper-secondary schools, three universities, a UNAM site in the southeast and three new Cablebús lines, alongside a new penitentiary model. We do not have a budget or procurement timetable in the source, so this is not yet a tender story. Still, it is a useful pipeline signal for education, transport and construction suppliers tracking where future work may emerge.
