South Africa backs MyMzansi services app with R150m

South Africa offers a more immediate funding marker. Treasury has put R150m behind MyMzansi, the planned one stop government services app. That is not the same as a published tender, but it is stronger than a general policy speech. Money has been assigned to a named digital service effort, which usually means implementation questions get more urgent.
