Estonia launches €10m AI training procurement
Estonia gives us the clearest live buying signal outside rail today. The State Chancellery announced a €10m public procurement to provide AI training to at least 100,000 working-age residents. That's large, specific and public. Training providers and digital delivery firms can read that as a real route to market, not just a policy ambition.
